I'm a nerd and I love to cook. I like to figure things out about cooking. When you start to learn a bit of chemistry, physics, and biology.
Making bread and other specialty items have a learning curve. It never hurts to ask an honest question. I want to give people hints and tips to make their own.
I've fucked up a bunch of breads, ice creams and other things by fucking around and finding out. I had to learn too, so just various cooking hints, talking about cooking, and all that kind of stuff that you'd expect to talk about with friends in the kitchen.
